Information You Provide

• Email address — used to deliver your completed worksheet and send purchase confirmations.
• Worksheet details — the job description, project name, location, date, and supervisor you enter to generate your worksheet.

Information Collected Automatically

• IP address — recorded with your purchase for fraud prevention.
• Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only a confirmation of payment, a transaction ID, and the last four digits of your card.
• Cookies and tracking technologies — we use Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to measure site usage and advertising performance. If you arrive via a Google ad, an anonymous click identifier (gclid) is stored in your session to attribute conversions.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate and deliver your JSA worksheet.
• To process your payment via Stripe.
• To send your purchase confirmation and worksheet access link.
• To respond to refund requests or support inquiries.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe to process payments. When you make a purchase, your payment information is sent directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our site and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
